Mit „Full Circle“ (2024) veröffentlichte die Rock-Institution SWEET ein Album, das von Kritikern und Fans weltweit als ihr stärkstes seit „Level Headed“ (1978) gefeiert wurde – dem letzten Album der vier Originalmitglieder. Es war zugleich die erste Top-20-Platzierung der Band in den deutschen Albumcharts seit diesem Klassiker von 1978.
Mit einem so starken Album im Gepäck lag es für die Band um Gründungsmitglied Andy Scott nahe, die neuen Songs auch live zu präsentieren. Das Ergebnis steht nun in den Startlöchern: Das Album „Live 25“. Neben Tracks von „Full Circle“ spielte die Band all ihre großen Hits sowie einige Hardrock-Perlen, die in den letzten Jahren selten auf der Setlist standen.
Das aktuelle Sweet-Line-up erweist sich als perfekte Formation. Der Sound und die Dynamik der Band nehmen das Publikum live auf eine magische Reise voller Emotionen mit.

With “Full Circle” (2024), the Rock institution SWEET released an album that critics and fans around the world considered to be their strongest since “Level Headed” (1978), the last album recorded by the four original band members. “Full Circle” was also the band’s first Top 20 entry in the German album charts since the release of the 1978 classic.
With such a strong album under their belt, it was only natural for the band, led by founding member Andy Scott, to present the new songs live. The album “Live 25”, is now ready for release. Alongside tracks from “Full Circle”, the band performed all the classics hits plus a few heavy rock tracks that had rarely made it onto the set list in previous years.
The current Sweet line-up has proved to be the perfect team. The sound and dynamics of the band live carries the audience on a magic carpet ride of pure emotion.
