Mit "Hail to the Priest" verwirklicht sich der ex-Sabaton Gitarrist einen echten Herzenswunsch.

Als großer „Priest“ Fan seit seiner Kindheit hatte die Band den wohl meisten auf Einfluss auf Thobbes musikalische Karriere. Als Teenager machte er sich sogar eine Tätowierung des Metallion auf den linken Arm und hörte mit seinem Kassettenspieler jeden Abend im Bett Alben wie "British Steel" und "Defenders of the Faith". Thobbe Englund sagt dazu:"Hail to the Priest" ist meine Art, den absoluten Göttern des Metals ein großes Dankeschön zu sagen.

As a big "Priest" fan since his childhood, the band had probably the most influence on Thobbe's musical career. As a teenager he even had a tattoo of Metallion on his left arm and listened to albums like "British Steel" and "Defenders of the Faith" every evening in bed with his cassette player. Thobbe Englund says: "Hail to the Priest" is my way of saying a big thank you to the absolute gods of metal.
