Katy Elwell (drums), William Knox (bass) and Mathieu Ricou (guitar & vocals) met in 2006 and Lizzard soon started creating their own sound of unique and unmistakable rock music.

With 2 albums and great reviews under their belt the trio toured with Gojira, Terry Bozzio, High On Fire and Adrian Belew Power Trio drawing comparisons to Tool and King Crimson.
